Best Practices and Safety Protocol

For in-person group drumming events

At Drum Innovation LLC and its subsidiaries; Rhythm Quest and Livermore Drum Circle, the safety and health of the participants and organizations we provide services to is our highest priority. In addition to our standard cleaning practices, we continue to take enhanced precautions during our in-person events.

All in-person staff, music therapists and drumming facilitators will…

  • Show proof of vaccinations when requested.

  • Frequently and thoroughly wash hands.

  • Sanitize drums, equipment and frequently touched surfaces after use.

  • Cancel the event if experiencing flu-like symptoms or if they have knowingly been exposed to someone with Covid-19 or other variants of the virus.

  • Practice and encourage respiratory etiquette, including covering coughs, sneezing, and wearing a mask when necessary and or required.

  • Wear proper PPE in compliance with state, local, and venue requirements and requests.

  • Stay up-to-date on training, cleaning procedures, and understanding current state and local compliance for best practices around reducing the spread of airborne illnesses.
