Group Drumming Programs for Team Building, Special Events & Community
Rhythm Quest brings people together through the power of rhythm. Founded by board-certified music therapist Phil Didlake (MT-BC), we provide interactive group drumming experiences for corporate teams, schools, nonprofits, and special events across the Bay Area. We also offer individual music therapy sessions, drum lessons, and beat-making workshops. For over 17 years, Rhythm Quest has hosted the Livermore Drum Circle — a free community drum jam where everyone is welcome.
Meet the founder and your facilitator:
Phil Didlake is a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC) and Berklee-trained percussionist who has been bringing people together through rhythm since 2009. What started as a community drum circle in Livermore grew into Rhythm Quest — an interactive group drumming experience built from the ground up for corporate teams, schools, and communities across the Bay Area. Trained under drum circle pioneer Arthur Hull, Phil has led programs for organizations including Autodesk, ServiceNow, and Aruba Networks.
